How Colog Rolls work

Everyone takes photos. Nobody sends them. Group chats bury the night under a hundred texts. Instagram is a performance for people you barely know. Colog is a private camera for the friends you were actually with.

Different Rolls for different circles.

Keep one Roll for going out, one for your roommates, and one for fit checks. Each Roll is shared only with the people in it.

Wake up to the 6am drop.

Night Rolls unlock at 6am. Day Rolls unlock at 6pm. Everyone’s perspective plays back in chronological order.

Zero followers. Zero strangers.

There is no public profile and no number next to your name. Only the friends you choose can see your Roll.

Questions

What is Colog?

Colog is a private social camera for iPhone. You create different Rolls for different parts of your life—each shared with its own circle of friends—and wake up to everyone’s Drop at 6am. There is no public feed and no follower count.

How is a Roll different from a shared album?

Shared albums dump everyone’s files into one messy folder. On Colog, each Roll is a dedicated stream shared with a specific group of people, and every Drop plays back in chronological order.

When do Rolls unlock?

Night Drops unlock at 6:00 AM. Day Drops unlock at 6:00 PM. Nothing is visible while you’re out, so nobody spends the night checking their phone.

Who can see my photos?

Only the friends in that specific Roll. You can keep one Roll for your roommates, one for going out, and one for your close circle—with zero public profiles or follower metrics.
